- Arabesque (hold for 3 seconds)
- Handstand
- Forward roll to straddle turn to splits
- Two teddy rolls
- V-sit (hold for 3 seconds)
- Bridge (hold for 3 seconds)
- Shoulder stand (hold for 3 seconds) - roll down to knees or feet
- Catleap
- Cartwheel
- Backward roll to straddle
