3. Teddy roll 180
4. V sit with hands (hold 3 seconds)
5. Lower legs into long sit position, tuck legs in then rock to feet
6. Half Turn jump
7. Stork balance (hold 3 seconds)
8. Cartwheel
9. Straight Jump
10. Star jump
